Le but est de déterminer le lien entre les processus de travail et la production documentaire qui y est liée.</p>\n<p>Une attention particulière est portée sur</p>\n<ul>\n<li>les variations au niveau du processus (un processus n'est pas toujours linéaire, il peut y avoir des options).</li>\n<li>les relations entre différents processus: déterminer si un document du processus A est utile au processus B. Parmi les intérêts de cette analyse, il est dit que cela aide à l'\"appraisal\".</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Analyse et commentaires (avantages, inconvénients de la méthode, etc.):</strong></span></p>\n<p>Rien directement sur la qualité.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Qualités concernées (dimension – indicateurs – variables):</strong></span></p>\n<p>VOIR la liste au début du résumé.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><br /></strong></span></p>\n<p>Une des qualités des archives, c'est de donner une représentation <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fiable</span> des actions qui en sont à son origine. Analyser, décrire et éventuellement réformer les processus de travail et la manière dont les documents en sont issus,permet dans une certaine mesure de déterminer les condition nécessaires pour qu'un document puisse être considéré comme fiable.</p>\n<p>Parmi les éléments pertinents (p. 13):</p>\n<ul>\n<li>quelles informations sont utiles pour entreprendre un processus?</li>\n<li>quelles sont les modifications apportées à l'information ou à ses métadonnées par le processus?</li>\n<li>quelles informations sont générées et où sont-elles transférées?</li>\n<li>quel autre usage aux informations générées par le processus?</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>On peut en déduire des qualités (n'est pas dans la norme):</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>la qualité d'un document dépend de son inscription à l'intérieur d'un processus et donc de ses relations avec </em><br />\n<ul>\n<li><em>les autres documents issus du processus,</em></li>\n<li><em>les différentes versions du document occasionnées par le processus.</em></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><em>un document peut avoir une autre utilité au sein d'un autre processus, la qualité d'une archive dépend donc de la possibilité qu'elle offre de retracer l'ensemble des usages suscités.</em></li>\n<li><em>la qualité dépend aussi de la sécurité et notamment des règles d'accès aux documents (qui crée, qui consulte, qui modifie; cf. point h p. 3 = en annexe).
