It’s really amazing though, \nseeing the difference some good ol’ fashioned editing can do.\n\nVSCO Cam is a saving grace when it comes to insta-worthy shots, and here’s \nhow to achieve optimal results!\n\n 1. Place your photo in your VSCO library\n 2. Decide the crop for your insta! // Since instagram is finally\n changing it up, they now offer any type of picture size! Don’t be\n afraid to experiment, really just play around and see what crop will\n help give you the look you are going for. A traditional square is\n never a bad idea.\n 3. Before you mess with any filters, you can go to the little tool\n section, and decide the type of exposure and contrast you want. If\n you are going for clear, cool shots (with a whiter and bluer\n undertone), you can up the exposure to about +2, and up contrast to\n +3 or +4. Then, depending on the picture turn the temperature down to\n about -2 to really bring out blue and white hues. If you are shooting\n foliage though, go ahead and increase the temp to +2 to give a warmer\n autumnal vibe!\n 4. PSA: Be SUPER careful about over-exposing photos. As much as you may\n wish your picture could be bright white, don’t sacrifice clarity for\n brightness. It makes the picture washed out, and fuzzy. AKA not the\n look you were probably going for.\n 5. Now comes the fun part… // If you haven’t already, go ahead and\n browse the VSCO cam filter shop. There are many filters for free you\n can easily download and there are also many to buy if you’d like! The\n HB, F(1,2,3), A(4,5,6) filters are great basics to use, and you can\n definitely use one of those to enhance a picture.\n\nThat’s it! It’s pretty simple, but that’s where the beauty in VSCO editing \nlies.
