The findings are directed at intersectoral working from a common space to create the new \"Children and Adolescents Institution\" as an \"intermediate institution\" that mediates in the processes between local communities and national government policies and programs to achieve a coordinated work. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]\nEn el artículo recojo los resultados de la investigación doctoral desarrollada mediante el Estudio de Casos, con el que busco dar respuesta a los cuestionamientos que se hacen a la escuela contemporánea: ¿Cómo se relaciona la escuela con las demás instituciones que intervienen en ella, en función del desarrollo de políticas públicas de niñez y adolescencia?, y ¿qué arreglos institucionales se requieren para potenciar desde la escuela el desarrollo integral de niños, niñas y adolescentes? Los hallazgos están orientados a destacar la necesidad de trabajo intersectorial desde el espacio común de la nueva “Institución de Niños, niñas y adolescentes” como “Institución Intermedia” que medie entre los requerimientos de las comunidades y las políticas-programas de la administración central, y genere sinergias positivas de articulación. (Spanish) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]\nEste artigo reúne os resultados da pesquisa doutoral, desenvolvida através do Estudo de Casos, que procura responder às questões sobre a relação da escola com outras instituições que intervêm nela, em função do desenvolvimento de políticas públicas para a infância e a adolescência; e que mudanças institucionais são necessárias para potenciar na escola o desenvolvimento integral das crianças e dos adolescentes. Os resultados estão voltados para o trabalho desde diferentes setores no espaço comum gerado por uma “Instituição de Crianças e Adolescentes”, que seja uma “Instituição Intermediária” entre os requerimentos das comunidades locais e as políticas e programas da administração central do país para gerar sinergias positivas de articulação.
