Como objetivos secundarios se plantean, por una parte, conocer si los cambios sociales y familiares han provocado la transformación de las políticas de personal desarrolladas por parte de la Institución militar y, por otra parte, cuáles han sido las repercusiones de su aplicación en el trabajo diario de los militares. Para conseguir este propósito se han estudiado, por un lado, las características familiares de los militares españoles, tanto en términos cuantitativos como cualitativos, ya que, es imprescindible analizar la adecuación de las medidas desarrolladas a las características sociodemográficas de los militares y el impacto real de estas medidas en el colectivo al que se dirigen y, por otro lado, las líneas estratégicas del sistema de bienestar familiar desarrolladas por el Ministerio de Defensa. \nEl primer capítulo constituye una aproximación a los modelos organizativos de las Fuerzas Armadas. Los diversos cambios sociales y familiares han sido, en algunos casos, el detonante de una serie de transformaciones, adaptaciones y readaptaciones dentro de la Institución militar. \nEn el segundo capítulo se analiza el concepto de familia, sus funciones y las transformaciones que se han producido en los últimos tiempos en la sociedad en general. Después de esta introducción se analiza en profundidad el papel de la familia dentro de las Fuerzas Armadas y se incluye, asimismo, una descripción de los modelos familiares que podemos encontrar en nuestras Fuerzas Armadas en la actualidad, derivados en algunos casos de la profesionalización y la incorporación de la mujer. Por último se trata la cuestión de la solidaridad familiar que resulta en muchos aspectos fundamental en la vida familiar de los militares.\nEn el tercer capítulo se realiza una breve introducción a la Política de Personal desarrollada por el Ministerio de Defensa, incluyendo información sobre los organismos responsables en la toma de decisiones en materia de personal. \nEl cuarto capítulo está dedicado al análisis de la conciliación de la vida familiar y profesional dentro de las Fuerzas Armadas. En primer lugar se incluye un desarrollo de la normativa militar relacionada con el bienestar familiar. En segundo lugar, se realiza un estudio de las repercusiones que las medidas de conciliación están teniendo en las Fuerzas Armadas teniendo en cuenta las diferencias que tiene su aplicación en las unidades operativas y en las unidades no operativas. \nEn el quinto y último capítulo se presentan las dos cuestiones principales en lo que respecta a la relación entre la familia y la profesión militar, es decir, la trayectoria laboral y la movilidad. En cuanto a la trayectoria laboral el tipo de familia y el momento del ciclo de vida por el que esté pasando la propia familia pueden tener una influencia extraordinaria en las decisiones que tomen los militares en lo que respecta a sus carreras, llegando a renunciar a la promoción o a la realización de cursos (suelo pegajoso) o, en último extremo, a abandonar la profesión. En lo que respecta a la movilidad se han tenido en cuenta las diferencias entre la movilidad interior y la movilidad exterior. \nSe incluyen para terminar las conclusiones globales del trabajo y una serie de propuestas que tienen por objetivo poner de manifiesto la necesidad de profundizar en la interrelación entre la familia y las Fuerzas Armadas para conocer en mayor medida las características Fueron encuestadas 213 mujeres que trabajan en diferentes sectores económicos de Bogotá, D. C. (Colombia). Por medio de un análisis comparativo de medias, síntesis de variables en índices de percepción análisis y modelo de regresión ordinal, modelo de regresión para los índices de percepción, y análisis factorial de las variables se encontró: 1) la satisfacción en los ámbitos personal/familiar o laboral se ve afectada por la percepción de limitación del otro ámbito; 2) en la percepción de éxito se identificaron tres tendencias: balance trabajo-familia, éxito personal y crecimiento laboral; 3) las mujeres con mayor edad y antigüedad tienen mayor percepción de satisfacción en los tres ámbitos. Se sugiere profundizar en las relaciones existentes entre los índices de satisfacción y éxito, así como con los elementos que inciden en ellos. Esto permitirá a directivos y empresarios desarrollar planes de carrera y estrategias de retención de talento femenino para mejorar clima laboral y productividad.", "publicationTitle": "Revista
