L'émergence des LLMs (Large Language Models) et leur utilisation croissante, notamment en contexte universitaire, ouvrent des portes autant qu'elles soulèvent des questions en termes d'éthique et de méthodologie scientifique. Leur bon usage dans le cadre de la recherche dépend d'une implémentation adaptée prenant en compte les besoins d'explicabilité, de transparence, d'ouverture ; une implémentation propice à une compréhension et une analyse critique de leur application.

Ce panel propose de questionner l'usage des LLMs dans le cadre de la recherche en sciences humaines, en particulier ses implémentations dans des environnements d'écriture et de recherche documentaire. Nous allons présenter une série de réflexions théoriques et de projets pilotes developpés dans le cadre du partenariat CRSH Revue 3.0.

Le Pressoir est une chaîne éditoriale multimodale open source développée par la Chaire de recherche du Canada sur les écritures numériques, en partenariat avec l’Université Paris 8 en France et le CRIHN (Centre de recherche interuniversitaire sur les humanités numériques) au Québec. L’objectif principal est de produire différents artefacts publiables adaptés aux besoins de l’écriture scientifique à partir d’une source unique, avec, pour cible principale, des livres web augmentés. Pour ces vitrines, nous montrerons comment Le Pressoir relève le défi de proposer une chaîne éditoriale multimodale (Blanc et Haute 2018), en s’appuyant sur le principe méthodologique du single source publishing (Fauchié et Audin 2023).

Existing publishing chains allow for the management of texts, their production, editing and publication; they are systems that take these parameters into account by default. However, they remain dependent on specific software that is generally not well adapted to scientific publishing, or on technical infrastructures that are difficult to maintain and to use by SSH researchers, or that do not allow for experimentation and necessary rethinking on new editorial and epistemological models. What if, by modifying the publishing chains from more singular technical approaches, it is possible to consider new publishing practices? Cet article vise à étudier comment les archives du Web jouent un rôle fondamental dans la construction de la mémoire collective. D’un point de vue thématique, notre travail s’efforce de comprendre comment ces archives offrent une opportunité exceptionnelle d’étudier les phénomènes liés au Covid-19. Nous nous concentrerons en particulier sur les archives du Web du dépôt légal de la Bibliothèque nationale de France (BNF) que nous avons pu explorer dans le cadre du projet Web-mémoires, développé en collaboration avec le DataLab de la BNF et soutenu par le Labex Les passés dans le présent. D’un point de vue méthodologique, cet article traite de la problématique de l’analyse de ces archives du Web. En particulier, nous visons à proposer un workflow inédit pour l’analyse quantitative des archives du Web de la BNF à partir d’une thématique ciblée qui prend en compte les contraintes techniques et
