Metrology site locations:

Auspurger (2990 ft, top of ridge) and Hood River (571 ft, center of     valley) appear to be in regions of higher topography relative to wind farm location and Roosevelt (1766 ft, nob on plateau, near river valley) and Shaniko (3657 ft, relatively flat down slope to wind farm) stations.

\n

It is likely none of them are at the same geopotential.

\n

Wind farm is probably about 700 ft on plateau.
