From portfolio of these outcomes especially publications, patents, products and innovations are interesting for scientific community and wide range of R&D stakeholders indoors and abroad. Current Research Information Systems (CRIS) are one of key software tools for data collection and access, dissemination of information about scientific activities and their outcomes. The EU standards for these systems, primarily the CERIF data format, are covered by the international association euroCRIS. The aim of providing the Information System about Science, Research and Innovation SK CRIS is to integrate all available research information at the national level. The system was designed on a data structure compatible with the CERIF data format and it became a member of the CRIS systems family. The SK CRIS contains data about research projects funded by public resources, a registry of researchers, a registry of research organisations and research and development results. Data acquisition and refilling is possible by using integration interface importing data from external systems. It concerns mainly project data imported from systems of grant agencies. Direct data entry made by research subjects by online forms is the second way how to receive data. The SK CRIS integrates also other available external data sources: registries of researchers from universities and Slovak Academy of Sciences and also publications from universities registered in the Central Registry of Publication Activity. The SK CRIS makes contextual data about science and research accessible during their life cycle. It means that a user can see whether some document was created as a result of the project. The information about its authors and originators, persons and organisations is also available, as well as usage of a document and its citations. The SK CRIS is not limited to work only with metadata. It contains also the functionality allowing the integration of collected data with fulltext documents. The benefit of the SK CRIS is mostly its ability to offer aggregated information from entered data and to present their relationship. Main characteristic of the SK CRIS is the CERIF based concept of objects (entities) with attributes, with a data model guaranteeing interoperability and full language variability. The relations and semantics allow to record the objects with relationship and characterise properties and time attributes by roles and time details. However, the system will be used mainly by scientific community but also by research management, decision makers and public. Enlargement of the SK CRIS functionality and integration of the other external data sources is our vision for near future. In the same time we consider the interconnection with other European CRIS systems. The proposed approach allows for authors providing some data for enrichment purposes. These data include their personal roles and contributions into the collective research, comments and notes for updating publication abstracts, data about motivations for citing the papers in the reference lists, research association with newer relevant publications, etc. Technically authors make such enrichment as a semantic linking of related publications’ metadata. They don’t overwrite the initial publishers’ metadata. In the paper we present this approach and its pilot implementation at the Socionet CRIS with focus on servicing the big international community of RePEc users. We expect that results of such enrichment will improve a professional recognition of “who did what” and “how research outputs were used”. Access to Internet, mobile devices, social networks as Facebook or ResearchGate, which create links between people to share data reaching anywhere in the world within seconds or the increase commitment for the cloud, where access from any device and place allowing the access to the own documents, videos, photos, music, etc. keeping the own customized environment or applications to share documents as Google Drive or Dropbox, which allows to agile data access are examples of agility in the flow of information and is something that nowadays is needed and is no longer questioned. This paradigm transferred in the scope of research, knowing that universities, their affiliated research centers and researchers have the aim on spending time doing research, getting funds for their research or teaching and the moment to feel the need to transfer or enter the results into an information system that do not report short- Term progress or improvement in their day to day of research never arrives. Faced with this situation takes more relevance offer systems that provide the flexibility and imme diacy of access to scientific publications generated. In this regard already exists commercial databases as Web Of Science, PubMed, Dialnet, Scopus, Google Scholar, etc. that provides it. On the other hand, SIGMA Gestion Universitaria, which is a not-for-profit consortium established in 1996 by a group of 8 top level Spanish Public Universities to provide technological solutions to their needs for managing academic, learning, research and organization processes aligning its ARGOS Research Project Solution with the ERA requirements. SIGMA and their universities have made great efforts to promote competitiveness, mobility, create synergies and improve the research quality in-house, regionally, nationally and internationally. This has allowed great progress in all areas, researcher's mobility, creating synergies with shared resource centers between different institutions and improving the research visibility generated. But in an autonomic scenario there is still a long way to go in order to offer a homogeneous research information system to the world. In May 2012, the Catalan Government and public universities agreed establish the new University Services Consortium of Catalonia (CSUC). The objective of the CSUC is to share academic services, scientific and management of associated companies for strengthening synergies and economies of scale to improve its effectiveness and efficiency. Among its main objectives in research scope, there are: •Institutional Repository of Open Access Documents •Management research Systems •Storage of scientific data •Access to Digital Library of Catalonia called CERCA for research centers •Public Research Portal with all the scientific activities done on Catalan Public Universities In order to accomplish these objectives CSUC have to deal with the different CRIS systems among Catalan public universities, providing some mechanisms to integrate information from the different CRIS into a unique central database which facilitate the information flow, avoiding problems such as information duplication and providing services to the community.
