In the selections that we read in class, we were able to really take an inside look at a woman struggling with her identity while dating a transgender man.  Nelson goes into detail about her life and the struggles she has with dating Harry Dodge. Besides her actual story, Nelson uses a lot of references to famous theorists and theories that I plan on using in my paper such as DW Winnicott to name one. This source was important for me to use because I want to also take a look at the life of a transgender man, and the view on it from someone dating a transgender person.
