Justificació del recurs

Aquí  es mostra un bon exemple pràctic de l'ús que es pot fer de les dades obertes, emprant com a plataforma hardware obert (Arduino). Aquest projecte té com a finalitat poder ser partícip en un futur no gaire llunyà de democràcia directa encara que sigui a petita escala.
