Angle plus intéressant semble etre celui en lien avec la volonté de donner une vitalité propre à ce quartier, de fomenter la participation des gens, aussi bien dans l'espace culturel que politique. Le sondage autour de Tesco en est un bon exemple: cela devrait en quelque sorte etre la règle, que les habitants d'un quartier soient consultés lorsque l'on se prononce sur ce type de questions.Intéressant d'autant plus au moment ou en Espagne on se propose de créer des comités de quartiers pour discuter de la situation du pays et comment régler certains problèmes au niveau local. Un parallèle intéressant peut etre mis en place.

Il faudrait réaliser des recherches autour la notion de quartier auto-géré -> exemple de Christiania, qui aujourd'hui est en train de péricliter.

Il faudrait sans doute aussi mettre en perspective la capacité de participer aux decisions sur le planning local traditionnelement.
