"abstractNote": "Se presenta una propuesta tecnológica que consiste en el desarrollo de contenidos en línea del curso Fase de Ensayo del Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas a través de la herramienta Wiki. La investigación realizada está enmarcada dentro de la modalidad de «Proyectos factibles», la cual consiste en la elaboración y desarrollo de una propuesta de un modelo operativoviable para solucionar problemas, requerimientos o necesidades de organizaciones o grupos sociales. El proyecto se sustenta en una investigación documental, no experimental y de campo, en la que se hizo una revisión de fundamentos teóricos como: formación docente, educación superior, teoría del aprendizaje constructivista, aprendizaje colaborativo, Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, educación virtual, la Web 2.0, herramienta Wiki, entre otros, además de un análisis diagnóstico y estudio de las competencias de los estudiantes del curso Fase de Ensayo. Con esta investigación se incorporó en el proceso de formación docente la tecnología, al hacer uso de la herramienta Wiki como un recurso didáctico para apoyar la preparación de futuros educadores. Por otra parte, la realización de esta investigación pone de manifiesto la necesidad de que los estudiantes del área docente de la Especialidad de Informática se responsabilicen por la utilización de recursos tecnológicos de enseñanza, que enriquezcan el quehacer educativo y que, definitivamente, logren transformar el esquema tradicional por uno más efectivo que motive a los alumnos, dando respuesta a las necesidades de la sociedad actual, en coherencia con el desarrollo tecnológico que vive el mundo de hoy.",

"abstractNote": "A selection of 12 outstanding methodologies that allow to evaluate scientific journals in digital environment, which were found in the specialized national and foreign literature was carried out. Afterwards, the pertinent journals were selected and analyzed, with the objective of determining which tool would be used to evaluate the quality of the digital scientific journal RECIDT, which is the goal of this research. As research methods, the documental analysis during the revision and the study of the documentation of interest were used as well as the direct observation of the interaction with the own journals and their making. In addition, the strengths of the tools analyzed, given in indicators contained in the chosen tools, were detected and fused. Moreover, other indicators by the authors of this research were added to the investigation to draw the final result. All these indicators will be used to evaluate the digital scientific journal RECIDT and they are shown in this paper in terms of actions and indicators. (English)",

"abstractNote": "This The new context of higher education requires universities vital need to have adequate communication infrastructure, enabling it to achieve a real and sufficient knowledge of the process. The present paper describes a study in the Computer Science Faculty at University of Camagüey ¨Ignacio Agramonte y Loynaz ¨for manage the information that need formation processes, science and technology and university extension. During the investigation identified several problems in the organization, storage and information security, as well as the failure of the management information system that uses a document management system. This article aims to describe the characteristics and structure of Management Information System for the Computer Science Faculty (SiGIFI) v1.0, as a tool to help the improvement of the management of information and documents divided into four modules: formation, science and technology, university extension and in a system of records management. The result is obtaining a SiGIFI v 1.0 will help in the organization, storage and retrieval of information from the Faculty. (English)",
