            "note": "<ul>\n<li>There is a difference between serial killers and mass murders</li>\n<li>Mass murders kill multiple people in one place at one time</li>\n<li>Serial killers take their time and kill one by one and go through great lengths to avoid being caught</li>\n<li>There are&nbsp; reason people become serial killers or mass murders: Psychological, Physical, and the main one is Spiritual</li>\n<li>Most believe they have been possessed by some type of ghost and that is the reason they kill</li>\n<li>As a result they think they shouldn't be punished for some thing they technically didn't do, but it is due to their own vulnerability that they allows this to happen</li>\n</ul>",

            "note": "<ul>\n<li>There are 3 types of motivation involved in serial killings:&nbsp;Rejection, Power, and Perfection</li>\n<li>Although the main two you see in most crimes are rejection and power</li>\n<li>Rejection tends to be avoided by the use of sex, and power tends to be felt by the use of torture</li>\n<li>In the case of perfection they see themselves as helping out the wold and making a better place by getting ride of these \"unclean\" people</li>\n<li>Perfectionist feel like their victims should be grateful that they were chosen</li>\n<li>Serial kills countinuously kill because they love hat rush that they get, and they don't stop because they always rationalize their situation in their head so they think they are doing nothing wrong</li>\n<li>Even though they know there are consequeces to their actions they do them anyway</li>\n<li>They learn to put on a \"mask of sanity\" during their everyday lives in order to fit in and not stand out</li>\n<li>Although they tend to simulate the act of feeling they never really don't they get it from watching others</li>\n</ul>",
