            "note": "<p>This article analyzed the relationship between the technology knowledge level of teachers and the technological attitude of their students.</p>\n<p>The article points out an intriguing study that points to the fact that positive attitudes toward technology was due, in part, to a proper concept of technology.</p>\n<p>They want to highlight that the student's attitude of technology is a direct factor in the atmosphere of the classroom.</p>\n<p>The point of the article was to induce more study into the relationship of teacher knowledge vs. student attitude.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>I believe the answer is quite clear, a Teachers knowledge of technology would, in general, interest students and therefore enhance their attitude toward it.</p>\n<p> </p>",

            "note": "<p>This article promotes the introduction of Engineering early in the K-12 curriculum through the use of Education Technology.</p>\n<p>The article goes into great depth about what Engineering is and what Technology is and what the relationships are between them and science.</p>\n<p>Science and Math are present early in the K-12 curriculum yet engineering does not have a place.</p>\n<p>They highlight some base skills that could be taught along with science and mathematics to help promote engineering:</p>\n<p>Understand why and how humans design, engineer, and innovate to meet<br />our needs.<br />Develop critical thinking and analytical skills by applying the design<br />process.<br /> Use, manage, and evaluate designs and technology-based systems.<br />Understand the relationship between STEM concepts and STEM courses.<br />Learn to communicate engineering and technical content individually and as<br />part of a team.<br />Understand the historical implications and significance of engineering and<br />its relationship to societal evolution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The conclude that it is imperative that engineering be included in the K-12 curriculum.  I know it is taught, at least in our middle school, during robotics classes.  We Have these in science units starting in Middle School.</p>",
