"abstractNote": "Les bassins de gestion des eaux pluviales, dont l’horizon de surface est parfois fortement contaminé, peuvent être naturellement ou volontairement colonisés par la végétation. L’objectif de ce travail est de mieux comprendre le rôle de la végétation dans le contrôle de la mobilité des métaux lourds comme le Zinc, le Cuivre et le Cadmium. Le premier volet de ces travaux, consacré à la caractérisation de la végétation se développant dans ces bassins, a montré que ces ouvrages abritaient une flore diversifiée, allant d’une végétation rudérale éparse à une végétation dense caractéristique de zones humides. Ensuite, une analyse physico-chimique multiparamétrique d’échantillons prélévés à la surface de bassins colonisés par des espèces végétales dominantes a été réalisée. Nous avons montré que les carbonates et la matière organique contrôlaient particulièrement la mobilité du Cu, Cd et Zn dans ces milieux. Les paramètres les plus variables temporellement et spatialement, sont essentiellement liés au cycle de la matière organique (nitrates, fraction métallique lié à la matière organique) mais également à l’apport de particules anthropiques (texture, métaux). Lorsque la plante est à son maximum de croissance, la mobilité potentielle des métaux est la plus élevée alors que la phase de sénescence de la plante semble conduire à un meilleur piégeage de ces contaminants. Cette thèse invite à considérer la végétation comme un agent de transformation de l’horizon de surface et à intégrer cette composante dans les futurs travaux sur la contamination des ouvrages d’assainissement urbain.",

"abstractNote": "Malgré son importance économique, culturelle et historique, l'histoire évolutive du pommier cultivé (Malus domestica) ainsi que celle de ses apparentés sauvages supposés, restaient encore très peu connues. En s'appuyant sur les nouvelles approches de génétique des populations (approximate Bayesian computation) avec l'utilisation de marqueurs microsatellites et de séquences nucléaires, cette thèse a eu pour objectif d'étudier, à différentes échelles évolutives (phylogéographie, spéciation, domestication), les mécanismes de diversification naturelle et artificielle dans le genre Malus. Mes travaux ont porté sur quatre espèces de pommiers sauvages distribuées à travers l'Eurasie (Malus orientalis (Caucase), Malus sieversii (Asie Centrale), Malus sylvestris (Europe), et Malus baccata (Sibérie)) et sur la seule espèce domestiquée du genre, Malus domestica. Cette thèse s'est articulée en quatre parties visant respectivement à inférer : (i) l'histoire de la domestication du pommier cultivé depuis son centre d'origine en Asie Centrale, (ii) l'histoire de la recolonisation post-glaciaire du pommier sauvage Européen (M. sylvestris), (iii) les histoires de spéciation entre les cinq espèces de Malus, (iv) les hybridations interspécifiques et les capacités de dispersion des trois principaux contributeurs (M. sylvestris, M. sieversii et M. orientalis) au génome du pommier cultivé. L'étude des mécanismes de diversification artificielle montre que les processus de domestication sont originaux chez cet arbre fruitier, de par l'absence de goulet d'étranglement et l'existence d'introgressions post-domestication fréquentes par une autre espèce sauvage (M. sylvestris) que l'espèce ancestrale (M. sieversii). L'étude des processus de diversification naturelle (phylogéographie, spéciation et structure des populations) révèlent de grandes tailles de populations, de forts flux de gènes et de faibles structures génétiques spatiales chez chacune des espèces. Cette thèse a aussi révélé de forts taux d'hybridations interspécifiques, en particulier de fortes introgressions des espèces de pommiers sauvages par le pommier cultivé en Europe et en Asie Centrale. Cette étude a permis l'amélioration des connaissances de la structuration des populations de pommiers sauvages ayant contribué au génome du pommier cultivé ainsi que de l'étendue des hybridations du pommier cultivé avec les espèces sauvages. Ces travaux revêtent une grande importance autant pour la conservation des pommiers sauvages, pour le maintien de leur intégrité dans des habitats fragmentés que pour l'amélioration variétale du pommier domestiqué.",

"abstractNote": "Dans les documents d'urbanisme, l'espace agricole est souvent considéré selon sa valeur spatiale et foncière en tant qu'espace disponible pour l'urbanisation. Les exploitants et propriétaires de foncier ont-ils les mêmes considérations ? Nous proposons et analysons un dispositif participatif basé sur l'usage de représentations paysagères pour favoriser le dialogue entre porteurs de projets d'aménagement, agriculteurs et propriétaires. Le dispositif que nous avons conçu vise à aider lesacteurs à construire leurs intentions d'aménagement vis-à-vis de l'agriculture. Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes appuyés sur le cas de deux communes européennes francophones, soit deux contextes de procédures d'aménagement différents. Il s'agit de la commune de Billom (France) à travers la mise en oeuvre de son Plan Local d'Urbanisme (2006-2008) et de la commune d'Attert (Belgique) dans le cadre de la future Charte Paysagère du Parc Naturel Communal (2007-2009). Nous posons l'hypothèse que la mobilisation des représentations paysagères comme support de dialogue entre élus et agriculteurs, à travers un dispositif méthodologique spécifique, permet de révéler leurs intentions d'aménagement (agricoles et urbanistiques). Ce dispositif vise également à accompagner la maîtrise d'ouvrage dans l'intégration à la procédure de ces intentions d'aménagement.La complémentarité des applications du dispositif en France et en Belgique nous a permis de construire un Itinéraire Méthodologique de Vision Prospective (IMVP). Ce dipositif permet de s'inscrire dans un processus d'aide à la décision pour les agriculteurs et les élus dans la définition de la place de l'agriculture dans leur projet de territoire. Il offre aux aménagistes des grilles de lecture pour la construction et l'analyse des intentions d'aménagement des acteurs d'un territoire dans les démarches de concertation. L'IMVP peut également servir de guide méthodologique, répondant ainsi à la demande croissante d'outils de dialogue et de visualisation des enjeux du territoire pour accompagner la planification.",

"abstractNote": "Abstract To explore effects of Forsythia koreana methanol extract (FKME) on mast cell-mediated allergic and inflammatory properties, the effect of FKME was evaluated on compound\n48/80-induced systemic anaphylaxis, ear swelling, and anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) immunoglobulin E (IgE)-induced passive cutaneous\nanaphylaxis (PCA). In addition, the effect of FKME was investigated on the histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells\n(RPMCs) stimulated by compound 48/80, which promotes histamine release. The human mast cell line HMC-1 was stimulated by phorbol\n12-myristate 13-acetate plus calcium ionophore A23187. Activated HMC-1 can produce several proinflammatory and chemotactic\ncytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-6, and IL-8. Cytokine levels in the culture supernatant\nwere measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Cytotoxicity by FKME was determined by a 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-diphenyl-tetrazolium\nbromide (MTT) assay. FKME inhibited compound 48/80-induced systemic anaphylactic shock and ear swelling in mice. When 1 g/kg\nFKME was pretreated or posttreated with mice, compound 48/80-induced mice morality was 50 and 66.7%, respectively. One gram\nper kilogram of FKME pretreatment inhibited ear-swelling responses derived from compound 48/80 by 29.75%. A PCA reaction was\ninhibited by 17.9%. In an in vitro model, FKME (1 mg/ml) inhibited histamine release from the RPMCs by 13.8% and TNF-α, IL-6,\nand IL-8 production from HMC-1 cells by 71.16% (P < 0.001), 86.72% (P < 0.001), and 44.6%, respectively. However, FKME had no cytotoxic effects on cell viability. In conclusion, FKME inhibited\nnot only systemic anaphylaxis and ear swelling induced by compound 48/80 but also inhibited a PCA reaction induced by anti-DNP\nIgE in vivo. Treatment with FKME showed significant inhibitory effects on histamine, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 release from mast\ncells.",

"abstractNote": "Summary Capillary electrophoresis-amperometric detection is evaluated for simultaneous determination of rutin and forsythin. The cyclic\nvoltammogram, hydrodynamic voltammogram, effect of pH, buffer concentration and SDS, and percent organic modifier on separation\nand detection were studied. Conditions were optimized as follows: 1.2 V detection potential; separation at 12 kV; 5 s at 15\nkV for sample injection time and sample injection voltage; mobile phase 20 mM boric acid buffer; pH 8.4, containing 40 mM\nSDS and 10% (v/v) acetontrile. The method gave low detection limit as 0.001 mg mL−1 and 0.0005 mg mL−1 (S/N=3), wide linear range 0.005–0.5 mg mL−1 for rutin and forsythin, respectively. The relative standard deviations of peak current and migration time for 8 consecutive\ninjections of the standard solution containing 0.1 mg mL−1 each compound were 4.78%, 3.63% and 6.40%, 2.95% for rutin and forsythin, respectively. In addition, levels of the two compounds\nin traditional Chinese herbal drugs were easily determined.",
