Ces éléments sont encadrés par des normes telles que la NF EN ISO 13485 qui définit les exigences pour la conception et la fabrication des dispositifs médicaux dans les entreprises. La maitrise de cette norme peut permettre une meilleure organisation et traçabilité au sein des services biomédicaux. La mise en œuvre de celle-ci peut être facilitée par la conception d’un outil d’autoévaluation qui permettrait un repérage des éléments à améliorer.\n\n Dans cette mesure, un outil d’autodiagnostic a été créé. Ce dernier doit être utilisable par tous membres concernés des services biomédicaux, être rapide d’utilisation, simple et intuitif. Pour nous, il était intéressant de lire cet article, ne pas l'utiliser dans notre projet, mais pour une connaissance personnelle et le développement critique. L a raison en est que ce texte nous montre les raisons pour lesquelles certains pays à voter contre la nouvelle version de la norme ISO 9001, et expliquer les raisons. La raison principale qui a conduit ces pays à désapprouver le projet ISO/CD 9000 est que le texte est jugé trop lourd, trop complexe et pas assez abouti. Cela nous fait penser que, même avec les meilleurs experts dans le domaine, offrant les meilleurs changements de cette nouvelle version, il y aura toujours certains inconvénients qui peuvent nuire à certains groupes. Et il est extrêmement important que la règle est favorable et appliquée à tous. Le texte décrit chaque sujet de la norme qui n'a pas été approuvé par les différents pays et les raisons de celui-ci.

Ce matériau a aidés à comprendre ce que ce est les chapitres 1, 2 3 des systèmes de management de la qualité. Ces chapitres sont invariables dans toutes les normes de ce domaine, et même avec la nouvelle version de la norme ISO 9001, il reste constant. Ce document était intéressant d' développer nos connaissances sur ce sujet, parce que dans notre recherche sur la nouvelle version de la norme ISO 9001, nous trouvons l'information pratiquement les chapitres qui vont changer (Chapitre 4-8) et non pas ceux qui restera constant. Et il est très important de connaître les trois premiers, parce qu'ils sont à la base de connaissances pour comprendre le reste de la norme. Ce document nous a aidés à comprendre les principes, les modèles de systèmes et le vocabulaire du management de la qualité grâce à les termes et définitions qui a été organisés sous la forme de concepts conformément.  De plus il fournit un ensemble des schémas représentant la structure des concepts. A la fin du document, une liste alphabétique est fournie pour aider à localiser chaque terme défini.
