In this work, we aim to confirm this finding and we investigate whether it generalizes to multi-paragraph documents from Wikipedia (Google Natural Questions) that require readers to scroll down to read the whole text. We conduct a user study (\n n\n = 24) in which participants read single- and multi-paragraph articles and rate their relevance at the paragraph level with respect to a trigger question. We model the perceived document relevance using machine learning and features from the literature as input. Our results confirm that eye movements can be used to effectively model the relevance of short news articles, in particular if we exclude difficult cases: documents which are on topic of the trigger questions but irrelevant. However, our results do not clearly show that the modeling approach generalizes to multi-paragraph document settings. The EU-funded project DARIAH aims to enhance and support digitally-enabled research across these disciplines. The most basic but nevertheless fundamental task of DARIAH is to provide sustainable storage for research data. Information contained in data like images, texts or music needs to be secured and to remain accessible even if the original information carrier becomes lost or corrupted. The heterogeneity of the humanistic data and the need for distributed, performant access are the main challenges in designing an archiving system for the arts and humanities. Using the \"Virtual Scriptorium\", a digitisation project in Trier, Germany, this paper exemplary identifies the humanistic researchers' storage needs and derives requirements for an infrastructure. As a solution, a generic architecture for a federated data zone based on the iRODS technologies is proposed. However, curators using traditional data management methods for tasks such as identifying redundant from relevant and related records, a small increase in data volume can significantly increase their workload. In this paper, we present preliminary work aimed at assisting curators in making important data management decisions for organizing and improving the overall quality of large unstructured Humanities data collections. Using Entity Resolution as a conceptual framework, we created a similarity model that compares directories and files based on their implicit metadata, and clusters pairs of closely related directories. Useful relationships between data are identified and presented through a graphical user interface that allows qualitative evaluation of the clusters and provides a guide to decide on data management actions. To evaluate the model's performance, we experimented with a test collection and asked the curator to classify the clusters according to four model cluster configurations that consider the presence of related and duplicate information.
