Desse modo, o presente artigo teve por objetivos analisar o consumo de energia elétrica na região Norte do Brasil e obter, por meio de séries temporais, um modelo matemático capaz de prever esse consumo. Dentre os possíveis modelos, foram ajustados modelos SARIMA sem e com intervenções. A seleção do melhor modelo foi realizada por meio dos critérios AIC (Akaike information Criterion), BIC (Information Bayesiano Criterion) e EQMP (Erro Quadrático Médio de Previsão).
