Al mismo tiempo se deja constancia de los procedimientos como referencia para el correcto uso del método microbiológico, que proporcione evidencia de que el método funciona con todas las características para el cual ha sido diseñado.\nPara el desarrollo del objetivo de estudio se empleó metodología analítica como la estandarización del inóculo bacteriano, a partir del cual fueron preparadas soluciones diluidas para los diferentes niveles de inóculo, los cuales fueron sometidos a la evaluación de parámetros de validación para determinar la exactitud, precisión, inclusividad, exclusividad y límite de detección del método alternativo. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se comprueba que el método del NMP utilizando un medio fluorogénico proporciona resultados satisfactorios con una precisión y exactitud que no difiere significativamente con la del método oficial.
