            "abstractNote": "Developing a relationship between a school and its community is not only a goal, but also a long-term vision that the school can integrate itself into the community. In this way, the school will participate in community events and affairs and understand the value and culture of the community. By making the best of every community resource, the school can continue to improve and update its curriculum to create a rich, meaningful education for its students. A nine-year primary-school curriculum will allow schools to develop curricula with input from faculty, the respective local communities, parents, and students. This system will give educators the flexibility to adapt and modify their school curricula to utilize community resources. In this way, students will also learn to be responsible citizens in their local communities. Not only are schools benefiting from community resources, but it will be expected that schools also serve and help their local communities. Thus, the goal of this type of mutual relationship is to improve cooperation between schools and their communities.However, it's not easy to make efficient use of the community resources because most schools don't understand or realize the resources available. That's why teachers who do want to use the community resources feel difficult and frustrated. Therefore, this research aims to develop ways to build a database of community resources by using Blog and Wiki technology. By starting with workshops for Blog, members in a community can learn about the background of the people, events or culture using a computer and Internet sources. From reading the Blog, the school can realize and learn more about the community resources and then proceed to create the data base. In this way, it also offers the teachers a reference for their teaching.By doing this, the school and its community can be developed a mutual relationship gradually. It's also founded on both relationships continuing to develop more cooperation and activities in subsequent years.After almost two-year research, we can conclude the following:I. Building a data base for the school and community resources:Most teachers agree to use Wiki as the data base of the school and community resources, and they are willing and capable to renew and edit the content through Wiki.II. The experiences of using Blog and Wiki to build the data base for the school and community resources:(a). Because of elderly inhabitants in rural areas, the community development association thought that it's unnecessary to set up the website to deliver the information.(b). One or two businessmen who participated to build Blog at Zhen-Tou Shan Leisure Area are able to get themselves involved in using Blog and knowing how to promote and use it. Most of them also can learn to send out messages through the Blog.(c). The school can learn about new community resources of an area from reading the Blogs.III. Realizing the visions of school and community:(a). The school can help the communities to develop their businesses. (b). Through computer workshops, we know a lot of community members who are willing to help the school organize fieldtrips to allow exploration by the school kids. The dealers of these farming areas will also come to teach a series of DIY activities at a fair price.摘 要 學校社區化是一個目的也是願景，是指學校能結合社區，重視社區參與，瞭解社區的價值與文化，充分利用社區各項資源，充實學校教育的內容，增進教學效果。從九年一貫課程開始，強調學校能依照自己的學校條件，社區條件、家長期望和學生需求等相關因素，來進行學校課程的發展。讓學校社區化的理想不再只是空中樓閣，而是一個能實現的結果，同時九年一貫課程也賦予教師改編課程的權利，加強社區資源的運用，增進學生的學習以達到教學目的。在學校與社區進行合作時，應該相互尊重與支持，建立起夥伴的關係。利用社區資源的同時，也能對社區進行服務工作，讓社區伴隨著成長。然而學校要能有效得利用社區資源，並不是件容易的事，因為學校對社區資源的瞭解、整理並不充分，讓許多有心想從事利用社區資源進行教學的老師，感到困難與挫折。因此本研究以行動研究的方式，紀錄以Blog結合Wiki的方式，建立社區資源的資料庫。從對社區辦理Blog電腦研習開始，協助社區成員除了在資訊方面有所成長，也透過Blog的書寫，介紹社區中的人事物。而學校可以從閱讀社區居民的Blog，進一步瞭解與認識更多社區中的資源，整理進入社區資源資料庫，提供給校內老師作為教學時的參考。 在整個過程中，學校與社區無形中也拉進了彼此的距離，成為夥伴的關係。這層夥伴關係也為後續學校更多與社區資源結合的教學活動，奠定下有力的基礎。本研究經歷近兩年的時間，獲致以下的結論：壹、建立學校與社區資源資料庫方面：絕大多數的老師都贊同，以Wiki作為整理學校與社區資源的資料庫系統，並且有意願以及有能力能在Wiki上面進行內容的新增與編輯。貳、以Blog及Wiki建構學校與社區資源資料庫的經驗方面：（一）鄉下學區的社區發展協會，由於社區內的居民年齡層都偏高，並沒有建立網站發送資訊的需求。（二）枕頭山休閒農業區參與建置Blog的業者，少數一兩位已能將使用Blog融入自己的生活，並推銷自己的景點。多數的業者都能在課程中，將訊息發布的Blog上。（三）學校能從休閒農業區的Blog內容中，發覺到新的社區資源。參、實現學校社區化的願景方面：（一）學校確實有能力協助社區產業的發展。（二）在Blog電腦研習的課程中認識了許多社區居民，他們協助學校辦理了許多社區資源探查的戶外教學體驗課程。休閒農業區業者也提供優惠價格給學校的學生，並主動到校提供DIY活動的教學。",

            "abstractNote": "The relationship of web 2.0-based model for team knowledge, the sharing willing-ness and the acceptance of knowledge are focused in this study.Therefore, this study combined web 2.0 concept and the knowledge management theory to explain the web 2.0-based model.The subjects in this data were the teachers and students from a junior high school in Taichung. 618 questionnaires were given and completed questionnaires returned were 531.Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the reliability and validity among the constructs, and the structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses.The result indicates that knowledge sharing willingness and knowledge acceptance are influenced by web 2.0 model. Both Blog and Wiki knowledge influence Knowl-edge sharing willingness, and the knowledge acceptance is influenced by wiki obvi-ously.基於Web 2.0概念的校園知識分享機制與知識分享意願、接受度關係，是本研究關注的方向。因此，本研究結合了Web 2.0的概念與知識管理的理論，提出一理論模型，用以解釋Web 2.0模式與校園知識分享的關係。本研究透過線上填寫問卷的方式，有效問卷為531份。前測問卷先以驗證性因素分析檢視各研究構面的信度與效度，再以結構方程模式驗證所提假說。研究結果發現，Web 2.0模式對於校園知識分享意願、知識接受度有顯著影響，知識分享意願同時受到Blog與Wiki的影響，而知識接受度顯著受到Wiki的影響。",

            "abstractNote": "There are studies focusing on knowledge communities for elementary and senior high school teachers. However, there are very few studies focusing on knowledge communities in universities. This study based on the teaching knowledge community established by Lu (2007), the focus of this study is to popularize this community. This study adopted an action research and explores the factors that may influence the teacher’s participation.The following results were obtained from our observations：1. Requirements of community system and PopularizationUniversity teachers have very diverse needs for teaching knowledge. Administrator should aim at specific groups of teachers and fulfill their needs of teaching information and knowledge. Promotions through the teachers’ activities e-paper and cooperation with related institutes and network are effective to increase popularity.2. Content planning and constructionAfter providing fruitful information to special groups (e.g. TAs), administrator must highlight the primary issues and structure all pages for them. 3. Participating and sharing MotivationTeachers are not used to edit wiki pages or post blogs. The best way for them to share opinions, experiences and knowledge is through posting questions and answers on discussion forum.本研究主要延續呂宗晉（2007）所建置的教學知識社群作為後續研究，並針對所提出的建議、問題與本研究的觀察發現作為研究之依據。本研究主要採用行動研究的方式進行，並以輔仁大學教師為研究對象，進行探討社群的經營、推廣及影響教師參與社群與分享的動機因素，透過行動與反思的結合，來逐一改善每個行動方案，並歸納研究結果，及針對研究結果進行反思與討論，以提出教學知識社群具體建議並列出值得進行後續研究者參考的方向。最後，本研究依據行動方案歸納研究發現與結果，如下：(一) 社群系統需與推廣求面大學環境中教師需求的資訊是非常多元化，因此管理者必須針對特定團體教師，以提供所需的教學資訊和知識，並且推廣透過教師活動、電子報和與相關單位合作效果佳，並透過與相似性質網站合作，可增加社群的互補性與完整性。(二) 社群內容規劃與建構面針對教師特定團體(如：教學助理)提供多元化的資訊後，管理者必須針對內容加以規劃重點議題與結構，使內容以較有系統化的方式呈現，讓使用者更容易閱讀。(三) 參與動機與行為分享面教師們並沒編輯Wiki頁面或在部落格中發表文章，但透過討論區以問與答的方式，讓教師們分享意見、經驗和知識卻是一個不錯的方法。",

            "abstractNote": "The Web 2.0 is based on the main concept \"\"individuals\"\" as the center, through the collaborative wisdom to share and to generate knowledge on the Web, such as the Wikipedia, Blog, etc. Blog provides a space for the free creativity and posting articles from individuals. Based on RSS and Trackback service providers can set an additional function. However, the daily amount of articles issued from the Blog is enormous. How can we provide methods for users to find their interesting articles? This study hopes to build the Blog portal and analysis of the current Blog features compared with the web environment. We use semantic web technology and focus on metadata processing. The ontology describes the relationship among persons, articles, tags and a simple categorization. Folks experience and relationship are established and observed with the benefits from social network analysis. In this study, we implement a crawler, and automatically grab and analysis articles. With constructing the portal, we extract information and discuss the benefits of using combination semantic web and social network analysisWeb 2.0的提出，主要的概念是以Web為平台，以「個人」為中心，透過群體智慧的方式來共享與產生知識，例如維基百科、部落格等。部落格提供了個人自由創作與發表文章空間，主要以RSS、Trackback為共有標準，服務提供者可另外加上自訂功能。然而部落格每天所產生的文章量相當龐大，我們是否有辦法在這些文章中，找出符合使用者想看的文章。本研究期望建構一個部落格入口網站，分析目前部落格使用的特徵，比較與目前Web環境差異；引入語意網技術，針對Metadata處理資訊，設計本體論(Ontology)來描述人、文章與標籤之間的關係並建立簡單分類；導入大眾既有經驗與人脈網路建立，觀察社會網路所能提供的貢獻；實作上將透過特徵分析來設計Crawler，自動抓取並解析文章，並建置入口網站，進行資料的分析與驗證，探討加入語意網與社會網路分析的結合所能帶來的效益。",

            "abstractNote": "In Web 2.0 era, the users participate in the forming of information like Blogging, and contribute users’ personal specific knowledge and, furthermore, decide the knowledge structure such as the Wikipedia context. The objective of this paper is to look for the lead users that had been articulated by von Hippel (1988) in the innovative Internet businesses and to evaluate the effectiveness of the toolkits that had been articulated by von Hippel (2001) and used for innovation facilitators. The current Internet context has been evolved into the web 2.0 with both highly simultaneous interactions between users and great amount of contents generated spontaneously by worldly wide-dispersed users. Due to the high interactivity of web 2.0, the website operator can provide some user-friendly toolkits to let users configure their information and demanded applications by themselves. As the von Hippel argued, the lead users were the most effective and valuable innovators to the manufacturers or their upper stream providers than others. We choose an indicator of lead user, that is, the popularity in the hit parade of website, to observe the Internet innovativeness of the lead user candidates and to survey their usage of website’s add-on toolkits. This research conducts a case interview and an interview of web-based questionnaire and thus finds that those who list in the higher rank of hit parade mostly have the characteristics of lead users because they are usually earlier users of website’s newly released functions and thus gaining more perceived benefits than others. In addition, they are more likely to use the website toolkits, especially, such as the trial-and-error learning tools, the modular libraries and the solutions space, so as to customize their personal uses, to response problems posted by others, and even to share self-invented solutions and whatever they had self-configured. The user's incremental innovations have value for manufacturer among them. This study also finds that the website employees who usually involve their own operations and personal use into the website context, that is, the corporate product, will have higher lead-user characteristics than the users in the higher rank of website’s hit parade. So the lead users don’t be looked for outwards. The research findings will give some hints to the providers of Internet business. To construct a user-generated-content web environment with toolkits and innovation incentives, and to encourage intimate use of corporate innovation internally may be the useful approaches to search innovative lead users on the Internet.在Web 2.0的時代，使用者參與資訊的形成(如部落格)，且貢獻知識、決定知識的架構(如維基百科)。本研究的目的在於創新網路產業中，尋找von Hippel (1988)所提出的前端使用者，及討論其所提出的協助創新的工具箱之效果。von Hippel認為前端使用者所做的創新比起廠商或是上游供應商所做的還更具價值，而Web 2.0特點在於使用者之間的雙向交流，網站業者可以提供一些友善的工具箱讓使用者自行操作，使之更容易滿足自己的需求並分享所發現的資訊。本研究選擇一個前端使用者的可能指標，即網站排行榜中高人氣的使用者，以便於觀察在Web 2.0網路環境中，潛在的前端使用者的創新行為，及其運用網站工具箱的情形。本研究藉由個案訪談及問卷調查後，發現排行榜內的高人氣使用者較接近前端使用者的特性，因為當網站釋出新服務時，他們就會較早採用，而且能從使用中感受較多的好處。同時，他們較能善用網站工具箱裡的「試誤學習」、「模組元件」和「問題解決」等特性，進行客製化的需求、回答其他使用者的問題和分享自己的解決方法；其中使用者的漸近式創新對廠商而言是具有價值的。本研究亦發現網站內部員工的前端使用者特質比排行榜中的高人氣使用者更為明顯，因為網站內部員工本身就經常利用網站工具箱於日常工作事務上及個人需求用途上，所以對網站功能的創新能倍感其效益，故前端使用者可以不假外求。本研究結果可提供網路服務的廠商建構一個具有輔助工具箱的網站環境，有助於激勵使用者貢獻內容和創新功能，同時也鼓勵內部成員共同創新，以加速尋找網際網路的應用創新之來源。",

Because the difference of location, positioning or target customers, the pension owner encounter diverse problems.The main purpose of this study is to promote the customer knowledge community of the pension industry to enhance interaction between the pension owners and customers. The study conducted an action research. The participants of this study are the members of the WIKI MINSU platform. We have taken several actions to promote adjust and improve the platform to understand how to effectively protmote this platform and found out motivations of participating virtual community and barriers of using this platform.The following results were obtained from observations, and interviews:1. The visibility of the platform is positively related to the participation of the pension owners.2. The visibility of the platform can be improved by promotional posts on popular websites forums and other related actions.3. When the search engines list our pages on the top of the list, more pension customers and owners will visit our platform.4. The classification of different types of pension will help customers and attract them to visit more often.5. A more friendly platform user interface will attractive more pension owners and customers to participate the WIKI MINSU platform.隨著觀光旅遊的蓬勃發展與傳統農業的轉型，使得民宿業迅速興起。民宿經營者因為民宿所在位置、民宿定位、目標客戶等不同，可能遇到不同的問題。本研究希望透過wiki金三角模型發展民宿知識社群，主要目的為推廣民宿產業顧客知識社群來協助民宿業者與民宿顧客間的交流。採取行動研究的方式進行，研究對象則為WIKI民宿網的民宿顧客，並從社群調整改善及推廣過程中，探討如何利用進行有效的推廣活動以及找出顧客參與虛擬社群的動機與使用平台的障礙。由研究過程中的行動方案、訪談與資料收集分析整理得到以下結論：一、提昇平台的能見度與民宿經營者參與平台活動有其正面相關性。二、增加在其他討論區和網站上平台連結確實影響平台的訪問量，對於平台的能見度也有所影響，特別為在流量較高的網站，效果更為明顯。三、當搜尋引擎以較高的排名列出平台連結時，能吸引更多的民宿經營者與顧客發現平台，進而瀏覽平台。四、可依據民宿所提供不同的房間型式、服務、行程、建築風格、民宿景觀、玩家經驗分享以及需求等差異進行分類。五、友善的系統介面與操作方式對於民宿經營者與顧客而言是影響參與使用平台一項重要因素。",

Particularly, networking has transfered web1.0 into web2.0 helps lots of people and corporations find the silver lining. Because of the blooming development of networking, people who use net service have become more and more. Among the services of networking, blog and Wikipedia are the two most popular services which attract users. Viewing of the extreme development of blog, there are some new blogs in Taiwan, like yam blog（http://blog.yam.com/）, wretch blog （http://www.wretch.cc/）, Xuite blog （http://www.xuite.net/）, and mypaper blog（http://mypaper.pchome.com.tw/）. Most of the services they provide are diary picture, connection, music, and so on. Blog is a mainstream phenomenon and power. Therefore, what companies which provide blog and blog authors concern about are how to attract every user to utilize their own blog. For companies, it’s necessary and significant to understand what users’ need and preference while providing different kinds of functions. According to the tradition, market planners usually analyze customers by demographic variables as age, sex dwelling are, etc. to discover what customers’ need. It hadn’t been changed until Plummer（1974）come up “lifestyle”, the concept has been altered the marking model. Plummer claimed that market planners can futher analyze different kinds of customer into diverse groups by activity, interest, and opinion. Therefore, the study divides blog users into different types of lifestyle and what their presences are in blog functions by questionnaires. The study takes totally 250 questionnaires, and returns 222 questionnaires, and analyzes the result by SPSS version 10.0. At last, the study generalizes four different blog functions that blog users prefer most: They are interactional functions, connective function, advanced function, and special function. On the other hand, the study sums up blog users into 4 different types of lifestyle: They are fashion type, intelligence type, conservation type, and optimists type.自網路泡沫化後全球各產業均受到大小不等的衝擊，間接迫使企業紛紛改變其經營模式。其中，網際網路從Web 1.0邁入Web 2.0更是讓許多個人及企業在創新的浪潮中找到另一個出口。由於網際網路的興起，全球使用網路服的人口呈現大幅度的躍昇，其中廣受大家喜愛的部落格（Blog）及維基百科（Wikipedia）更是網際網路使用者上網的重要因素之一。 有鑑於部落格之迅速發展，近年來台灣新興網站皆開始提供網路使用者部落格之服務，其中天空部落格（http://blog.yam.com/）、無名小站（http://www.wretch.cc/）、Xuit（http://www.xuite.net/），或是個人新聞台（http://mypaper.pchome.com.tw/）等所提供的服務，大多包括日記、貼圖、連結、音樂等。部落格是一種現象與力量，蔓延的速度快得嚇人，因此在競爭激烈且使用者偏好不斷改變的部落格世界中，要如何持續吸引使用者及觀賞者之目光，成為每家提供部落格服務的企業及每位部落格作者最關切的重要課題（史倩玲, 2005 ）。 對廠商來說，要提供使用者樂於使用，甚至願意付費的服務首要任務便是了解使用者之需求及偏好；傳統行銷區隔顧客之方法不外乎透過人口統計方式，如：年紀、性別、居住地區等來分析顧客對特定產品或服務之需求。直到Plummer（1974）提出「生活型態」概念後才顛覆了舊有市場區隔模式，他主張觀察顧客之活動（Activity）、興趣（Interest）及意見（Opinion）將顧客分成不同生活型態之族群，再進一步分析不同族群之顧客內心深層的偏好。 因此本研究欲透過問卷方式區分部落格使用者之生活型態型，並分析不同族群之使用者對部落格服務內容之偏好為何？本研究共發放250份卷卷，有效回收222份，並利用SPSS10.0軟體進行分析。 本研究針對使用者對部落格之使用經驗，歸納出四大類使用者對部落格之需求，此四大類型有互動性功能需求、結性功能需求、進階性功能需求，最後一種類型為特殊性功能需求。在生活型態方面，主要的部落格使用者之生活型態分類為：摩登新潮族、成熟智慧族、保守精算族、以及樂觀隨意族。",

The success of .com age was depended upon a more dynamic Web 1.5 with the CMS (Content Management System) can generate the static HTML page immediately from the endless changes. From those two acceptations, the eyeball effect was thought of subsistent feelings of Web. Therefore, the click rate and looking of pages become the most important factors. The Web 2.0 is a newborn terminology. Because of the birth of Web 2.0, a lot of technologies are produced sequentially. The JavaScript language is used more widely due to the extensive use of Ajax (non-synchronization operation). But the JavaScript is the language of client, all users can look the source code. Therefore, it became more competition in web 2.0 skill. Because of the use of Blog and Wiki, the technology of RSS is used widely. A lot of users can subscribe information by RSS to observe the renewed information of website. Therefore, the new information of Blog and Wiki will be run through more frequently and let more people make use of the technology of Web 2.0. Google Maps, Blog, and Wiki may say the representatives application of Web 2.0. These websites not only use Ajax, but also use CSS to increase the color of website. Like Blog and Wiki have the respective CSS style set of table to provide users. Therefore, Web 2.0 already surrounded in us. Maybe, we don’t know much about Web 2.0.             "abstractNote": "隨著網際網路與寬頻的普及， 諸如Blog、Wiki、相簿、檔案資源庫等Web2.0服務的使用者亦越來越多，並且把網路學習的形態，從教學者帶領的模式，推至學習者自主的模式。另一方面，許多實施網路學習行之有年的單位，逐漸累積了為數龐大的學習者學習歷程檔案記錄，及教學者教學歷程檔案記錄。基於終身學習的理念，思考如何利用這些歷程檔案來幫助學習者在學習上有溫故知新、分享與反思，以及推銷自己等價值，便成了網路學習新階段的課題。E化學習歷程檔案管理系統，因應上述的需求而產生。但是在現行的系統中，普遍存在著三個問題，第一個問題是與教學管理系統類似或重疊性高；第二個問題是以開放原始碼軟體建置卻結構鬆散；第三個問題是未導入歷程檔案規格標準，侷限了歷程檔案的應用領域與生命期。本研究從目前現行的數個E化學習歷程檔案管理系統進行觀察，並訪談預計建置E化學習歷程檔案管理系統之單位承辦人，加上蒐集的資料文獻與自身研究、改進現行系統缺失，歸納了E化學習歷程檔案管理系統，應具有的基本功能，並且以時下最常被使用的Web2.0服務，搭配教學管理系統，遵循歷程檔案規格標準，來設計並實作E化學習歷程檔案管理系統。本研究以實驗法及觀察法，開放雛型系統試用，配合蒐集使用者回饋與專家訪談，歸納出E化學習歷程檔案管理系統，有別於學習管理系統之功能與架構。一個E化學習歷程檔案管理系統應著重於協助使用者蒐集、保存、分類、分享、並可依照不同學習歷程檔案的使用情境，為使用者迅速產生因時置宜之履歷表。也由於學習歷程檔案的豐富多元性，系統應提供使用者方便擴充使用功能之介面，以利從不同的管道中彙集豐富多元的學習歷程檔案，或是藉以持續開發管理E化學習歷程檔案之相關功能。 | With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the broadband network, many users are using the Web 2.0 services such as blogs, Wiki and the applications called social software. Many teachers have also tried to apply social software for teaching and learning and thought Web 2.0 services could be used for documenting students’learning portfolios. On the other hand, many organizations have been conducting e-learning for years and accumulated a huge amount of historical data. One of the new trends in lifelong learning is to provide learners to be able to review all their pass learning portfolios such that they can share and reflect on what they have learned and even better advertising themselves using e-portfolios. The ePortfolio management system (EPMS) is arising for the reasons stated above. However, there are three problems with the existing e-portfolio systems. Firstly, functions provided for supporting e-portfolio are bounded into the conventional learning management system (LMS) which are not flexible and difficult to access for outside users without LMS accounts. Secondly, if using open source software to create e-portfolio systems, the integration with existing LMS is not seamless integrated. Thirdly, there are lacking standards to support data exchanges among different e-portfolio systems. This research aims to develop an integrated e-portfolio system by observing the existing obstacles, surveying related literature and interviewing several domain experts to acquire the requirements for building the e-portfolio system using Web2.0 services. After the system developed, an experiment for trial use was conducted to get feedbacks from users and an interview with three domain experts was also carried out for evaluating the system. The results show that the developed e-portfolio system can meet with many e-portfolio applications. Some future research issues have also been proposed to conclude this study.",

            "abstractNote": "摘 要 學校社區化是一個目的也是願景，是指學校能結合社區，重視社區參與，瞭解社區的價值與文化，充分利用社區各項資源，充實學校教育的內容，增進教學效果。從九年一貫課程開始，強調學校能依照自己的學校條件，社區條件、家長期望和學生需求等相關因素，來進行學校課程的發展。讓學校社區化的理想不再只是空中樓閣，而是一個能實現的結果，同時九年一貫課程也賦予教師改編課程的權利，加強社區資源的運用，增進學生的學習以達到教學目的。在學校與社區進行合作時，應該相互尊重與支持，建立起夥伴的關係。利用社區資源的同時，也能對社區進行服務工作，讓社區伴隨著成長。然而學校要能有效得利用社區資源，並不是件容易的事，因為學校對社區資源的瞭解、整理並不充分，讓許多有心想從事利用社區資源進行教學的老師，感到困難與挫折。因此本研究以行動研究的方式，紀錄以Blog結合Wiki的方式，建立社區資源的資料庫。從對社區辦理Blog電腦研習開始，協助社區成員除了在資訊方面有所成長，也透過Blog的書寫，介紹社區中的人事物。而學校可以從閱讀社區居民的Blog，進一步瞭解與認識更多社區中的資源，整理進入社區資源資料庫，提供給校內老師作為教學時的參考。 在整個過程中，學校與社區無形中也拉進了彼此的距離，成為夥伴的關係。這層夥伴關係也為後續學校更多與社區資源結合的教學活動，奠定下有力的基礎。本研究經歷近兩年的時間，獲致以下的結論：壹、建立學校與社區資源資料庫方面：絕大多數的老師都贊同，以Wiki作為整理學校與社區資源的資料庫系統，並且有意願以及有能力能在Wiki上面進行內容的新增與編輯。貳、以Blog及Wiki建構學校與社區資源資料庫的經驗方面：（一）鄉下學區的社區發展協會，由於社區內的居民年齡層都偏高，並沒有建立網站發送資訊的需求。（二）枕頭山休閒農業區參與建置Blog的業者，少數一兩位已能將使用Blog融入自己的生活，並推銷自己的景點。多數的業者都能在課程中，將訊息發布的Blog上。（三）學校能從休閒農業區的Blog內容中，發覺到新的社區資源。參、實現學校社區化的願景方面：（一）學校確實有能力協助社區產業的發展。（二）在Blog電腦研習的課程中認識了許多社區居民，他們協助學校辦理了許多社區資源探查的戶外教學體驗課程。休閒農業區業者也提供優惠價格給學校的學生，並主動到校提供DIY活動的教學。 | Developing a relationship between a school and its community is not only a goal, but also a long-term vision that the school can integrate itself into the community. In this way, the school will participate in community events and affairs and understand the value and culture of the community. By making the best of every community resource, the school can continue to improve and update its curriculum to create a rich, meaningful education for its students. A nine-year primary-school curriculum will allow schools to develop curricula with input from faculty, the respective local communities, parents, and students. This system will give educators the flexibility to adapt and modify their school curricula to utilize community resources. In this way, students will also learn to be responsible citizens in their local communities. Not only are schools benefiting from community resources, but it will be expected that schools also serve and help their local communities. Thus, the goal of this type of mutual relationship is to improve cooperation between schools and their communities.However, it's not easy to make efficient use of the community resources because most schools don't understand or realize the resources available. That's why teachers who do want to use the community resources feel difficult and frustrated. Therefore, this research aims to develop ways to build a database of community resources by using Blog and Wiki technology. By starting with workshops for Blog, members in a community can learn about the background of the people, events or culture using a computer and Internet sources. From reading the Blog, the school can realize and learn more about the community resources and then proceed to create the data base. In this way, it also offers the teachers a reference for their teaching.By doing this, the school and its community can be developed a mutual relationship gradually. It's also founded on both relationships continuing to develop more cooperation and activities in subsequent years.After almost two-year research, we can conclude the following:I. Building a data base for the school and community resources:Most teachers agree to use Wiki as the data base of the school and community resources, and they are willing and capable to renew and edit the content through Wiki.II. The experiences of using Blog and Wiki to build the data base for the school and community resources:(a). Because of elderly inhabitants in rural areas, the community development association thought that it's unnecessary to set up the website to deliver the information.(b). One or two businessmen who participated to build Blog at Zhen-Tou Shan Leisure Area are able to get themselves involved in using Blog and knowing how to promote and use it. Most of them also can learn to send out messages through the Blog.(c). The school can learn about new community resources of an area from reading the Blogs.III. Realizing the visions of school and community:(a). The school can help the communities to develop their businesses. (b). Through computer workshops, we know a lot of community members who are willing to help the school organize fieldtrips to allow exploration by the school kids. The dealers of these farming areas will also come to teach a series of DIY activities at a fair price.",

            "abstractNote": "近年來，Web2.0的興起，帶來一種全新的網際網路呈現型態。它的種種特點，讓電腦使用者愛不釋手，Web2.0的使用人數與瀏覽人數，正呈現急速的成長中。部落格已經成為繼BBS，電子報，個人新聞台等網路媒體後的一個明日之星，Vlog也成為另一種電視台，Yahoo知識家、維基百科完全取代了大英百科全書。Web2.0的應用是沒有範圍限制的。而針對Web2.0這樣的新興服務，網站的營利模式議題，對網路的未來發展具有相當的關鍵性，也值得我們加以關注。本研究透過實地觀察Web2.0網站服務所採用的商業營利模式，了解到大部分的Web2.0，都以免費服務為主。而經由文獻探討與實際體驗的實施，本研究提出3個Web2.0的主要的營利模式。期盼本研究作為一個Web2.0商業營利的先鋒研究，有益未來Web2.0的商業運用發展之參考。 | In recent years, Web2.0 has been rising and inspired by its brand-new presentation on the Internet.All of its characteristics enable the computer users to use and browse on the Internet fascinatedly, therefore, the population of Web2.0 user keeps growing rapidly.Doubtless, Blog has already become a conspicuous new star after other network media, for instance, BBS, electronic newspapers, individual news station and so on. Vlog also become a television, Yahoo knowledge, and Wikipedia complete replacement of the Encyclopedia Britannica. Application of hotspots is not the limit.And the Web2.0 new services for profit model that, on the Internet was developed with considerable critical and it deserves our attention.The Web2.0 through on-site observation services for the business profit model, Knowing that the majority of Web2.0, each of whom has a free service.             "abstractNote": "在Web 2.0的時代，使用者參與資訊的形成(如部落格)，且貢獻知識、決定知識的架構(如維基百科)。本研究的目的在於創新網路產業中，尋找von Hippel (1988)所提出的前端使用者，及討論其所提出的協助創新的工具箱之效果。von Hippel認為前端使用者所做的創新比起廠商或是上游供應商所做的還更具價值，而Web 2.0特點在於使用者之間的雙向交流，網站業者可以提供一些友善的工具箱讓使用者自行操作，使之更容易滿足自己的需求並分享所發現的資訊。本研究選擇一個前端使用者的可能指標，即網站排行榜中高人氣的使用者，以便於觀察在Web 2.0網路環境中，潛在的前端使用者的創新行為，及其運用網站工具箱的情形。本研究藉由個案訪談及問卷調查後，發現排行榜內的高人氣使用者較接近前端使用者的特性，因為當網站釋出新服務時，他們就會較早採用，而且能從使用中感受較多的好處。同時，他們較能善用網站工具箱裡的「試誤學習」、「模組元件」和「問題解決」等特性，進行客製化的需求、回答其他使用者的問題和分享自己的解決方法；其中使用者的漸近式創新對廠商而言是具有價值的。本研究亦發現網站內部員工的前端使用者特質比排行榜中的高人氣使用者更為明顯，因為網站內部員工本身就經常利用網站工具箱於日常工作事務上及個人需求用途上，所以對網站功能的創新能倍感其效益，故前端使用者可以不假外求。本研究結果可提供網路服務的廠商建構一個具有輔助工具箱的網站環境，有助於激勵使用者貢獻內容和創新功能，同時也鼓勵內部成員共同創新，以加速尋找網際網路的應用創新之來源。 | In Web 2.0 era, the users participate in the forming of information like Blogging, and contribute users’ personal specific knowledge and, furthermore, decide the knowledge structure such as the Wikipedia context. The objective of this paper is to look for the lead users that had been articulated by von Hippel (1988) in the innovative Internet businesses and to evaluate the effectiveness of the toolkits that had been articulated by von Hippel (2001) and used for innovation facilitators. The current Internet context has been evolved into the web 2.0 with both highly simultaneous interactions between users and great amount of contents generated spontaneously by worldly wide-dispersed users. Due to the high interactivity of web 2.0, the website operator can provide some user-friendly toolkits to let users configure their information and demanded applications by themselves. As the von Hippel argued, the lead users were the most effective and valuable innovators to the manufacturers or their upper stream providers than others. We choose an indicator of lead user, that is, the popularity in the hit parade of website, to observe the Internet innovativeness of the lead user candidates and to survey their usage of website’s add-on toolkits. This research conducts a case interview and an interview of web-based questionnaire and thus finds that those who list in the higher rank of hit parade mostly have the characteristics of lead users because they are usually earlier users of website’s newly released functions and thus gaining more perceived benefits than others. In addition, they are more likely to use the website toolkits, especially, such as the trial-and-error learning tools, the modular libraries and the solutions space, so as to customize their personal uses, to response problems posted by others, and even to share self-invented solutions and whatever they had self-configured. The user's incremental innovations have value for manufacturer among them. This study also finds that the website employees who usually involve their own operations and personal use into the website context, that is, the corporate product, will have higher lead-user characteristics than the users in the higher rank of website’s hit parade. So the lead users don’t be looked for outwards. The research findings will give some hints to the providers of Internet business. To construct a user-generated-content web environment with toolkits and innovation incentives, and to encourage intimate use of corporate innovation internally may be the useful approaches to search innovative lead users on the Internet.",

            "abstractNote": "本研究主要延續呂宗晉（2007）所建置的教學知識社群作為後續研究，並針對所提出的建議、問題與本研究的觀察發現作為研究之依據。本研究主要採用行動研究的方式進行，並以輔仁大學教師為研究對象，進行探討社群的經營、推廣及影響教師參與社群與分享的動機因素，透過行動與反思的結合，來逐一改善每個行動方案，並歸納研究結果，及針對研究結果進行反思與討論，以提出教學知識社群具體建議並列出值得進行後續研究者參考的方向。最後，本研究依據行動方案歸納研究發現與結果，如下：(一) 社群系統需與推廣求面大學環境中教師需求的資訊是非常多元化，因此管理者必須針對特定團體教師，以提供所需的教學資訊和知識，並且推廣透過教師活動、電子報和與相關單位合作效果佳，並透過與相似性質網站合作，可增加社群的互補性與完整性。(二) 社群內容規劃與建構面針對教師特定團體(如：教學助理)提供多元化的資訊後，管理者必須針對內容加以規劃重點議題與結構，使內容以較有系統化的方式呈現，讓使用者更容易閱讀。(三) 參與動機與行為分享面教師們並沒編輯Wiki頁面或在部落格中發表文章，但透過討論區以問與答的方式，讓教師們分享意見、經驗和知識卻是一個不錯的方法。 | There are studies focusing on knowledge communities for elementary and senior high school teachers. However, there are very few studies focusing on knowledge communities in universities. This study based on the teaching knowledge community established by Lu (2007), the focus of this study is to popularize this community. This study adopted an action research and explores the factors that may influence the teacher’s participation.The following results were obtained from our observations：1. Requirements of community system and PopularizationUniversity teachers have very diverse needs for teaching knowledge. Administrator should aim at specific groups of teachers and fulfill their needs of teaching information and knowledge. Promotions through the teachers’ activities e-paper and cooperation with related institutes and network are effective to increase popularity.2. Content planning and constructionAfter providing fruitful information to special groups (e.g. TAs), administrator must highlight the primary issues and structure all pages for them. 3. Participating and sharing MotivationTeachers are not used to edit wiki pages or post blogs. The best way for them to share opinions, experiences and knowledge is through posting questions and answers on discussion forum.",

The website needs to offer a great service quality to attract users to visit continually, therefore, to build up a fit framework of Service Quality of Domestic Blog is an important issue that is worth to discuss. For the dependence of every aspect and criteria in Service Quality of Domestic Blog, so this proposal evaluated Service Quality of Domestic Blog Using Fuzzy Analytic Network Process. In Analytic Network Process law's Pairwise comparisons matrixs belongs to consistent preference relations, is not easy in the practice to achieve the complete uniformity. In order to improve this shortcoming, may produce using multiplicative transitivity has consistent of preference relations complete uniform.The merit lies in may cause the answer number to reduce to topic by (n-1) topics.In order to respond that the participant to the semantic criterion's subjective cognition, this research according to consistent preference relations proposed may produce has fuzzy of consistent preference relations uniform. In empirical verification, the user takes seriously the construction surface is system usability and efficiency. In the criterion important aspect, the most important influencing factor is system usability under the construction surface system operates correctly, the next best is efficiency under the construction surface between the homepage links fast and website links fast. Feeling which of the service quality therefore after having used tribe standard obtains on the user, will affect it to this tribe standard whether to have continually wish of the use.隨著網際網路的發展日趨成熟，各種創新服務不斷地觸發整體使用環境的改變，在網際網路應用中也由Web1.0演進至現今的Web2.0。Web2.0網路服務在不同的技術支援下，為使用者帶來許多的創新服務，如部落格、即時新聞、維基百科等，提供了各類型的資訊互動與分享的環境。這種聚焦於使用者「參與」和「互動」的Web2.0概念，儼然改變了過往使用者於網路中的資訊使用行為與習慣，使得人們同時是資訊內容的獲取者也是分享者，網際網路進入了以使用者為中心的新時代。 部落格具有簡單易用的特性，不僅可以用文字寫下心情筆記、活動記錄等包羅萬象的文字內容，還可加上照片、影片等多媒體檔案，因此吸引了大批部落客投入成立部落格的行列，再加上媒體報導的推波助瀾下，使用部落格已成為網友上網相當重要的活動。提供良好的網站服務品質才能讓使用者持續造訪，因此建構適合部落格服務品質的架構為相當值得探討的議題。考量部落格服務品質各構面間或準則間具有相依性，因此本研究使用網路分析程序法分析影響部落格服務品質的關鍵因素。 網路分析程序法中的成對比較矩陣屬於乘法偏好關係，在實務上不容易達成完整一致性。為改善此一缺點，可利用乘法遞移性產生具完整一致性之乘法偏好關係，其優點在於可使答題數從 減至(n-1)題。為反應受訪者對語義尺度的主觀認知，本研究依乘法型偏好關係提出可產生具一致性之模糊乘法型偏好關係。 經實證研究結果發現，使用者重視的構面為「系統可用性」與「效率」。在準則重要性方面，最重要的影響因素為「系統可用性」構面下的「系統正確運作」，次之為「效率」構面下的「網頁間連結快速」與「網站連結快速」。因此就使用者在使用過部落格之後所得到的服務品質之感受，將會影響其對該部落格是否有持續使用之意願。",

Through the community of users to help each other, the spirit ofshared resources on the network to do the most reasonable and efficient disseminationand application.Keywords: Web2.0, Joomla, blogs, RSS News Feeds現今21 世紀，隨著資訊時代的來臨，科技發展的突飛猛進，電腦已經成為了每個人生活、工作、學習上不可或缺的工具。網路技術與提供服務的日新月異，隨著時間的演變而不斷地進步，進一步發展出所謂的Web2.0 平台概念以滿足網路使用者各式各樣的需求，Web2.0 其概念上是一種強調以使用者為主軸，並且透過人與人之間的互動、分享以及參與而形成了現在Web 2.0 的世界，藉由集結眾人的智慧及力量來完成目標，且能達成個別使用者的客製化需求，而至今已成為網路新興發展的趨勢，同時也能廣泛地被大家所運用，知名的例子如:YouTube、Facebook (臉書)、Wiki、Flickr 與Blog (部落格)、RSS（簡易資訊聚合）、SNS (社會網路)、P2P、IM (即時資訊)等。發展至今，各式各樣的新技術使得網頁的功能愈來愈強大，內容除了單純的使用文字之外，還可以使用圖片、動畫、音樂以及各式各樣的特殊效果，讓網頁內容更加地豐富，而不再僅僅只是文字的描述或圖片的呈現。在這樣的時空背景之下，我們的研究及發展目標，是想要利用一方便整合及使用的內容管理系統Joomla 來建構出一個整合型的網站，即 Blog System (部落格系統)，並且利用RSS 新聞聯播的技術，導入老師與學生教學互動的情境。透過社群中的使用者互相幫助、共享資源的精神，將網路上的資源做最合理且最有效率的傳播及應用。關鍵字：Web2.0、Joomla、部落格、RSS 新聞聯播",

            "abstractNote": "With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the broadband network, many users are using the Web 2.0 services such as blogs, Wiki and the applications called social software. Many teachers have also tried to apply social software for teaching and learning and thought Web 2.0 services could be used for documenting students’learning portfolios. On the other hand, many organizations have been conducting e-learning for years and accumulated a huge amount of historical data. One of the new trends in lifelong learning is to provide learners to be able to review all their pass learning portfolios such that they can share and reflect on what they have learned and even better advertising themselves using e-portfolios. The ePortfolio management system (EPMS) is arising for the reasons stated above. However, there are three problems with the existing e-portfolio systems. Firstly, functions provided for supporting e-portfolio are bounded into the conventional learning management system (LMS) which are not flexible and difficult to access for outside users without LMS accounts. Secondly, if using open source software to create e-portfolio systems, the integration with existing LMS is not seamless integrated. Thirdly, there are lacking standards to support data exchanges among different e-portfolio systems. This research aims to develop an integrated e-portfolio system by observing the existing obstacles, surveying related literature and interviewing several domain experts to acquire the requirements for building the e-portfolio system using Web2.0 services. After the system developed, an experiment for trial use was conducted to get feedbacks from users and an interview with three domain experts was also carried out for evaluating the system. The results show that the developed e-portfolio system can meet with many e-portfolio applications. Some future research issues have also been proposed to conclude this study.隨著網際網路與寬頻的普及， 諸如Blog、Wiki、相簿、檔案資源庫等Web2.0服務的使用者亦越來越多，並且把網路學習的形態，從教學者帶領的模式，推至學習者自主的模式。另一方面，許多實施網路學習行之有年的單位，逐漸累積了為數龐大的學習者學習歷程檔案記錄，及教學者教學歷程檔案記錄。基於終身學習的理念，思考如何利用這些歷程檔案來幫助學習者在學習上有溫故知新、分享與反思，以及推銷自己等價值，便成了網路學習新階段的課題。E化學習歷程檔案管理系統，因應上述的需求而產生。但是在現行的系統中，普遍存在著三個問題，第一個問題是與教學管理系統類似或重疊性高；第二個問題是以開放原始碼軟體建置卻結構鬆散；第三個問題是未導入歷程檔案規格標準，侷限了歷程檔案的應用領域與生命期。本研究從目前現行的數個E化學習歷程檔案管理系統進行觀察，並訪談預計建置E化學習歷程檔案管理系統之單位承辦人，加上蒐集的資料文獻與自身研究、改進現行系統缺失，歸納了E化學習歷程檔案管理系統，應具有的基本功能，並且以時下最常被使用的Web2.0服務，搭配教學管理系統，遵循歷程檔案規格標準，來設計並實作E化學習歷程檔案管理系統。本研究以實驗法及觀察法，開放雛型系統試用，配合蒐集使用者回饋與專家訪談，歸納出E化學習歷程檔案管理系統，有別於學習管理系統之功能與架構。一個E化學習歷程檔案管理系統應著重於協助使用者蒐集、保存、分類、分享、並可依照不同學習歷程檔案的使用情境，為使用者迅速產生因時置宜之履歷表。也由於學習歷程檔案的豐富多元性，系統應提供使用者方便擴充使用功能之介面，以利從不同的管道中彙集豐富多元的學習歷程檔案，或是藉以持續開發管理E化學習歷程檔案之相關功能。",

This study use Bitweaver, a tool that integrated both wiki and blog, to build a customer knowledge management community in the pension industry.The characteristics of pension industry are the enrichment of culture and special enviromental features for customers to experience. The interaction between the pension and customer is a very important issue. There are two important indicators with customer satisfication: recommendation and repurchase. Different categories of pension should focus on different knowledge and customer segmentation. But they all need a lot of interaction with customers. This study built a platform for pension industry and customer to interact with each other. We can see the process of the developing a virtual community. It comes out some conclusions from the action projects, interviews, and data analysis:1.Common users can hardly use the wiki syntax, we need easier user interface to help user sharing their knowledge.2.Pensions can be categorized by area and their characteristics. Customers’ blog usually sorted by time, but also can be categorized by customers’ context.3.An wiki based knowledge management platform should establish the knowledge structure as soon as posible to prevent the cost of structural change.伴隨著維基（wiki）與部落格（blog）的興起，運用在知識管理上的活動也日漸蓬勃發展，本研究利用Bitweaver，一套整合wiki 與blog 兩種平台的系統，作為民宿產業顧客知識管理的社群平台。民宿產業的特色在於利用本身的環境文化特色提供消費者特殊的旅遊體驗，與顧客的互動方式可說是最重要的議題。而伴隨著顧客滿意度而來的顧客的口碑推薦、舊顧客重遊則是民宿最需要重視的兩樣指標。不同民宿之間因為定位的不同，經營型態與需要的專業知識，異質性都相當的高，但共同的地方是大量的顧客互動過程與顧客知識需求。本研究建立一個增加民宿業者與顧客互動行為的平台，提供民宿業者取得顧客知識的管道，並加強民宿業者與顧客對於民宿經營活動的協作能量。本研究從社群建立、發展的過程當中，來了解一個顧客知識管理社群的成長過程，並且探討顧客知識管理平台中存在的顧客知識形式、種類。從研究過程的行動方案、訪談與資料收集中，分析整理後得到以下結論：一、一般使用者難以接受Wiki語法，應提供更簡便的使用介面。二、民宿除了以地區分類之外，可加入特色作為分類依據。而民宿玩家網誌除了以時間排序之外，也可以藉由顧客情境不同來進行網誌歸類。配合此兩種分類協助民宿玩家瀏覽平台內容。三、以Wiki為基礎建立的知識平台，需盡早確立內容結構，避免資料量變大後，結構變更時耗費大量的人力、時間成本。",

            "abstractNote": "基於Web 2.0概念的校園知識分享機制與知識分享意願、接受度關係，是本研究關注的方向。因此，本研究結合了Web 2.0的概念與知識管理的理論，提出一理論模型，用以解釋Web 2.0模式與校園知識分享的關係。本研究透過線上填寫問卷的方式，有效問卷為531份。前測問卷先以驗證性因素分析檢視各研究構面的信度與效度，再以結構方程模式驗證所提假說。研究結果發現，Web 2.0模式對於校園知識分享意願、知識接受度有顯著影響，知識分享意願同時受到Blog與Wiki的影響，而知識接受度顯著受到Wiki的影響。 | The relationship of web 2.0-based model for team knowledge, the sharing willing-ness and the acceptance of knowledge are focused in this study.Therefore, this study combined web 2.0 concept and the knowledge management theory to explain the web 2.0-based model.The subjects in this data were the teachers and students from a junior high school in Taichung. 618 questionnaires were given and completed questionnaires returned were 531.Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the reliability and validity among the constructs, and the structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses.The result indicates that knowledge sharing willingness and knowledge acceptance are influenced by web 2.0 model. Both Blog and Wiki knowledge influence Knowl-edge sharing willingness, and the knowledge acceptance is influenced by wiki obvi-ously.",

Therefore, it became more competition in web 2.0 skill. Because of the use of Blog and Wiki, the technology of RSS is used widely. A lot of users can subscribe information by RSS to observe the renewed information of website. Therefore, the new information of Blog and Wiki will be run through more frequently and let more people make use of the technology of Web 2.0. Google Maps, Blog, and Wiki may say the representatives application of Web 2.0. These websites not only use Ajax, but also use CSS to increase the color of website. Like Blog and Wiki have the respective CSS style set of table to provide users. Therefore, Web 2.0 already surrounded in us. Maybe, we don’t know much about Web 2.0.
