percepções das competências gerenciais em organizações de desenvolvimento de projetos de TI.\nO estudo foi desenvolvido junto a profissionais de 14 organizações e procurou avaliar a percepção desses profissionais, que atuam no desenvolvimento de projetos, sobre as competências dos gerentes de projetos. Em cada uma das organizações um mesmo questionário foi submetido a um gerente de projetos e a três membros de equipe (não necessariamente todos do mesmo projeto).\nOs dados obtidos foram submetidos a uma série de análises estatísticas que sugerem uma percepção distinta entre os gerentes e os membros da equipe. Em geral, estes últimos fazem uma avaliação mais rigorosa das práticas da organização em vários aspectos, principalmente em relação às competências comportamentais.
