Básicamente uno de los temas fundamentales es descifrar si realmente existe un nuevo tratamiento para esta nueva forma de realizar o no negocios, toda vez que el concepto de frontera en el ciberespacio donde el establecimiento permanente entra a ser un servidor, se desdibuja y en algunos casos se presente la evasión de impuestos, la doble tributación o que la actividad que va a ser gravada sea fácilmente localizada en paraísos fiscales. Las conclusiones están enfocadas a presentar al lector el tratamiento actual de esta situación en el Internet.",
