Daneben werden sowohl die Herausforderungen als auch die förderlichen Faktoren für eine Bildungs- und Erziehungspartnerschaft dargestellt, vor allem mit Blick auf die Besonderheiten des medienerzieherischen Dialogs. Kritische oder skeptische Haltungen auf Seiten der Eltern oder auch der pädagogischen Fachkräfte können dazu führen, dass die kindliche Mediennutzung zum Reizthema in der ohnehin herausfordernden Kommunikation zwischen Kita und Familie wird. Die Erkenntnisse aus den Interviews zeigen, dass sich in der Praxis zur «Entschärfung» eher informelle und interaktive Austauschformate bewährt haben. Solche Formate können dabei helfen, den Sorgen und Ängsten der Eltern zu begegnen, den Dialog zu fördern und das Verständnis der Kita von Medienerziehung besser zu vermitteln.
