Libro principal que use de la biblioteca, me permitió comprender en inicio de la dictadura, que se sitúa en Roma y ésta permitía solucionar problemas momentaneos, pues esa era la razón de su existencia. El dictador, no permianecia más de 6 meses en el cargo, esta podría ser la razón principal por la que en sus inicios la dictadura, fue bien vista y valorada.

Max Weber nos presenta, tres tipos de dominación: aquella de carácter racional que está íntimamente relacionada con los aspectos jurídicos, es decir, con la creencia de legalidad. El segundo es el carácter tradicional  que obedece a criterios históricos y la tercera de carácter carismático que está sustentada en el atractivo social de la persona que ejerce el poder. Pero queda sobre entendido que ningún dictador puede ufanarse de cumplir con los caracteres mencionados, ya que lo interés que rigen su gobierno dejan de ser colectivos y se convierte en personales. Y será difícil en todos los tiempos concebir legitimidad sin derechos humanos.

Por su parte militar, es lo relativo a la milicia, hace referencia a la institución misma así como a sus miembros. Una dictadura militar, será aquel gobierno que es ejercido por las fuerzas armadas, sin respeto a la ley. El líder de este movimiento será conocido cono dictador.

Autoridad
Existen dos conceptos contrarios de autoridad. El primero, que a veces recibe el nombre de concepto clásico, se refiere al derecho de dirigir las actividades de otros.

El segundo concepto de autoridad, que algunas veces se llama concepto de aceptación, designa las decisiones tomadas por los empleados para cumplir las instrucciones dadas por los gerentes.

EL poder y la influencia. La influencia se manifiesta en el cambio de comportamiento de un individuo resultante de las actuaciones de otro. El poder es la capacidad de ejercer influencia. Para que haya influencia, es necesario que algún tipo de poder confiera fuerza a la autoridad.
