Если у вас установлен Zotero:

    открыть с помощью Firefox - будет предложено установить стиль
    ИЛИ в Zotero - настройках - вкладка \"стили\" - кнопочка \"+\" - выбрать скачаный csl файл;
    в настройках Zotero - вкладка \"стили\" - выбрать стиль \"Russian GOST Style (Note with Bibliography)\";
    тот же стиль из списка при первом использовании ссылок Зотеро в документе.

Если у вас установлен Mendeley:

    скопируйте файл стиля:
        на Windows в  (хей, кто-нибудь ей пользуется? какой путь к папке citationStyles в винде?)
        на Linux (Ubuntu) в /usr/share/mendeleydesktop/citationStyles
        на Mac в /Applications/Mendeley\\ Desktop.app/Contents/Resources/citationStyles/
    дальше можно будет выбрать стиль \"Russian GOST Style (Note with Bibliography)\".
